A Wilderness Intensive is an epic mountaintop experience! No two intensives are exactly the same. These events are totally off grid in the backcountry of Colorado. Many of the men who have attended these events describe them as “life-changing” and as the “most powerful experience of my life”.
One of the changes for this years Intensive is that we are requiring all participants to be a part of a Campfire (locally or at our new Facebook Live Campfire) for at least 3 months prior to the event. This is to help prepare men for this event, and also serves to ensure men are being cared for relationally before and after the Intensive.
This years Intensive is August 7th-11th. It begins on the 7th at 9pm and concludes on the 11th at 11am.
This Intensive is rated as moderate in regard to physical intensity and will feature varying terrain and a 2-5 mile hike in to our destination. We will be heading into the Mt Evans wilderness area. No prior outdoor experience is needed, we provide all necessary equipment, and we will work with you to make sure all questions and concerns are addressed prior to the event.
